Salinas Valley Health welcomes visitors. Interaction with family and friends is an important part of the recovery process! Our new visitor management system, VisTrac, provides our patients an additional level of security while also supporting streamlined communication while guests are visiting.
How does it work?
- Prior to visiting a patient, guests will check-in at the main entrance to the Salinas Valley Health Medical Center.
- First-time visitors will provide their phone number, identification and have a photo taken to create their visitor profile.
- Returning visitors will only need to show ID if we do not have a current photo on file.
- Our staff will give you a visitor badge to wear during your visit. We ask that you return this badge when you depart so we can check you out of the system and you will stop receiving text communications.
Our Guest Services Team is pleased to assist you during your visit.
