partner with your physician to provide complete, personalized care every
step of the way.
Our board-certified radiologists are extensively trained in diagnostic
breast imaging and interpretation, including:
The Genius™ 3D Mammography™ exam
Breast ultrasound - Diagnostic and Screening Whole Breast
Stereotactic (computer-aided) biopsy with 2D and 3D capability (upright
and prone positions available)
Ultrasound-guided biopsy
Screening and diagnostic breast MRI and MRI-guided biopsies
Bone density scanning (DEXA)
Through our breast health nurse navigator, you’ll have access to
our breast health program, which provides lifetime and hereditary genetic
risk assessments for all patients. Genetic testing is also available.

For your comfort and convenience, our Salinas Valley Health Nancy Ausonio Breast Health Center
features private, comfortable admission, waiting and testing areas; dedicated
on-site parking; and hours that fit your busy schedule.
A referral from your physician is required for all screening and diagnostic
services. Check with your insurance company to see which exams and services
are covered.
