Chia Pudding

Chia Pudding


Serves 8


6 cups unsweetened almond milk

½ cup chia seeds

8 Tbsp. pure maple syrup

3 tsp. vanilla extract

In a medium-sized mixing bowl combine the chia seeds with all the ingredients. Mix well, cover and refrigerate for 4 hours. (Best is overnight.) Serve with fresh or dried fruit.

To add different flavors, add one of the following:

1 pint raspberries, pureed

1 Tbsp. turmeric
