Letters to Salinas Valley Health Staff

Patients, families and community members are sharing notes of appreciation with the staff at Salinas Valley Health. Some of the letters arrived laminated and are now hanging near the Hospital ER, on a fence surrounding the COVID 19 Alternate Care Site.

The portion of fence turned inspiration board faces toward the clinical team working at the screening tents and is not in public view. The public also can’t see the impact the tributes are having on dedicated staff throughout the hospital.

The team at Salinas Valley Memorial joins many others serving the community during this crisis. The words of encouragement, appreciation and support will be remembered long after the fence comes down and the emergency care site is no longer needed.
