A family medicine physician who provides urgent care services at Salinas Valley Health PrimeCare. Evelin González, MD, brings expertise and compassion to her work. She treats a diverse range of patients with an emphasis on individualized care.

Dr. González earned her medical degree from UC Davis School of Medicine, where she participated in a specialized program that trains students to become physician leaders in underserved communities in California. She completed postgraduate training through the Family Medicine Residence Program at Natividad Medical Center in Salinas, California, where she served as chief resident with a focus on adult hospitalist medicine.

Her experience includes service as associate chief medical officer at Salud Para La Gente in Watsonville, California, where her scope of practice included prenatal care, pediatrics, women’s health/reproductive health and adult medicine.
