Location: Downing Resource Center Conference Room C (located in the basement of the hospital's parking garage).
The presentation will provide examples of the most common types of scams perpetrated against the elderly in Monterey County. Attendees will learn how to recognize signs of abuse, how to protect loved ones, and how and when to report suspected abuse. Attendees will also learn about the role that APS and the police take in such matters.
