What You Need to Know:
- Watch for your Medi-Cal renewal in the mail. Complete and return (the yellow
envelope) by the deadline specified in your notice. Call us if you need help.
- Make sure your contact information (such as your phone number and address)
is up to date.
- You could lose your Medi-Cal if renewal is not completed on time.

Starting
January 1, 2026, some adults will no longer be able to sign up for full Medi-Cal if their
immigration status does not meet the new rules.
