Meet Your Clinical Pharmacy Specialist

Louisa Wambold (Landolt) is passionate about providing clear, personalized medication education to every patient she serves. Her goal is to ensure that each individual leaves with a medication plan that is not only clinically appropriate but also aligned with their lifestyle and personal needs.

Louisa earned her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of Colorado and spent two months training in rural Guatemala, assisting patients with limited access to healthcare. She then completed her post-graduate residency training in the outpatient clinics of Los Angeles General Medical Center. During her residency, Louisa focused on delivering compassionate, patient-centered care for a wide range of chronic disease states. She worked closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to prescribe medications, optimize therapy, and empower patients to manage their chronic conditions with confidence.

Tinh Duong, PharmD, is a clinical pharmacist who received his Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from the University of California, San Francisco, and completed his PGY-1 Residency training at Kern Medical in Bakersfield, California. After completing his residency, Tinh remained at Kern Medical for two years as a hybrid critical care medicine and ambulatory care pharmacist, specializing in anticoagulation services, antibiotic stewardship, diabetes and hypertension management. In 2025, Tinh relocated to California's Central Coast and joined Salinas Valley Health Medical Center as a clinical pharmacist.

During his tenure at Kern Medical, he has worked together in multi-disciplinary teams to help bridge healthcare gaps among underserved populations in Bakersfield. He hopes to use his experience to help improve healthcare in Salinas.

As a John Steinbeck fan, he wants to give back to the community who helped build the beautiful scenery often depicted in Steinbeck’s literary works.
