Salinas Valley Health (Medical Center and Clinics), Doctors on Duty and Taylor Farms Family Health & Wellness Center have been excluded from the Anthem Blue Cross network effective August 1, 2023.
We continue to negotiate an agreement with Anthem Blue Cross that would allow us to provide in-network care to Anthem Blue Cross members at our facilities and with our affiliated physicians.
Unfortunately, Anthem Blue Cross has not accepted our proposals and our current contract expired on August 1, 2023.
Please continue to seek care with Salinas Valley Health Medical Center and Clinics, Doctors on Duty and Taylor Farms Family Health & Wellness Center as you normally would. It is important for you to know that Salinas Valley Health will protect those we care for from higher, out-of-network charges by honoring in-network rates for the foreseeable future at our medical center and clinics, and Taylor Farms Family Health & Wellness Center.
