With two-plus decades of experience caring for patients at hospitals and medical centers, Najwa A. Bahu-Baugh, MD, has extensive experience in her specialty of pulmonology. She has held leadership positions – including a five-year term as chief of medicine – and a number of years as a physician reviewer.

With a firm belief in the importance of supporting future healthcare providers, Dr. Bahu-Baugh has devoted a significant amount of her time in teaching medical students, including oversight of clinical rotations. She has delivered numerous lectures on pulmonary concerns and engaged in clinical research on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, commonly known as COPD.
