Join Beth Rosenblum, certified yoga, fitness and meditation instructor for this FREE one hour long class that will focus on gentle movement and breathing exercises that move into a meditation and gratitude practice. 

All you need for this class is a sturdy chair to sit in as Beth guides you through simple movements to increase flow and circulation, reduce stress and improve overall well-being. 

Registration is required for this class.  Once you have registered, on the date of the class you will receive an email with the Zoom link and log in information to join the class.
