Dates:
Mondays, August 10, 17, 24, 31, September Wednesday 2nd, Tuesday the 8th, Mondays the 14th, and 21st.
American Lung Association's Freedom from Smoking® program helps you develop a plan of action that leads to your quit day. You'll also get the support you need to remain smoke-free for life!
FEE: $25 per person, FREE for Salinas Valley Health staff; $15 for MCSIG members.
